About GST

Greenland Saga Travel (GST) is a division of Iceland Saga Travel, LLC (IST) and was formed in November 2006. Greenland Saga Travel is designed to introduce and position Greenland as an attractive travel destination for North American travelers.

GST has established a travel business to promote Greenland as a distinct travel destination - Destination Greenland - and an add-on travel destination for visitors to Iceland. IST, GST's parent company, has been booking trips to eastern Greenland since 2001.

Iceland Saga Travel, LLC and Greenland Travel in Copenhagen have created a travel program featuring air and land packages, escorted tours, customized itineraries and a full set of travel services for travelers to West Greenland.  GST continues to offer East Greenland packages in conjunction with Air Iceland, Arctic Wonders and Air Greenland and booking services for travel to South Greenland.

GST is a travel services firm enabling travelers to purchase a fully inclusive travel plan to Greenland year round. In addition non-package booking services are available for certain regions of Greenland.

Mr. Felch, owner of IST has traveled to Greenland since his first visit in 1975. The staff of GST/IST is knowledgeable in all travel matters relating to Greenland following three extensive trips to the country in 2001 - 2007.

GST handles all bookings and payments and provides its clients with prepaid vouchers for use on trips. Once travel plans have been booked and paid for, GST will provide the client with country and city/region brochures, maps and guides as well as a detailed itinerary.
